This half-day class, taught by expert Jini Reynolds, will demonstrate the basics of turning goat milk into household products: yogurt, kefir, cheese and soaps. The process will begin in the "Raising Backyard Goats and Chickens" class on Saturday, July 14th and be completed on Sunda July 15th. Students will be given recipes and specific how-to's in goat milk processing and utilization. Bring your questions, and a willingness to learn about and interact with animals you can raise in your own backyard.
