In this one day course, students will learn the basics to organic gardening including soil building and compost, weed and water control, seed starting and saving, garden design and more. If you're thinking about putting in a vegetable garden or want to take your existing garden to the next evel, then this is the class for you. Taught by an experienced gardener in our local growing zone you'll add to your skills and get answers to persistent questions. Students will learn energy-efficient ways to integrate plants, water, sun, and earth into a balanced system.
