Stefan Stehling



Stefan Stehling is the garden manager of the Healthy Traditions Garden, a component of a diabetes prevention program at Sonoma County Indian Health Project, Inc. He is a Permaculture practitioner and instructor, and teaches biointensive gardening techniques for developing sustainable food systems. He serves on the board of The Compost Club which provides for education and development around food waste diversion towards soil building and food security at schools and other institutions.

The Solar Living Institute is a nonprofit solar training and sustainability organization. Founded in 1998, we have been providing professional solar training and a wide array of sustainability courses for over 12 years. Our courses are taught by experienced practitioners who bring years of real world knowledge to the classroom with a focus on helping students prepare for job opportunities, start businesses, and live more sustainably.
