Stefan StehlingStefan Stehling is the garden manager of the Healthy Traditions Garden, a component of a diabetes prevention program at Sonoma County Indian Health Project, Inc. He is a Permaculture practitioner and instructor, and teaches biointensive gardening techniques for developing sustainable food systems. He serves on the board of The Compost Club which provides for education and development around food waste diversion towards soil building and food security at schools and other institutions. |
