OnlineOnline courses do not have any regularly scheduled instructor because these courses have no set schedule and students work at times that are convenient to them. Instead, there are a number of PV professionals, who serve "on call" to answer questions that students post through the "Ask the Expert" button found on all course pages or conveyed through the course's email system. Our PV experts, many of whom teach our regular courses, also monitor and participate in discussion forums where there is often lively Q&A among learners who are at different places in the course. |
